How It Works
- Pre-questionnaire and FITR
You fill out a detailed form about goals, experience, training time, and current limitations.
After we’ve reviewed your answers and agreed on your personal program blueprint, you’ll receive an invitation to complete the order through FITR. All discounted Custom Program purchases are finalized there. - Personalized Program Blueprint
Based on your answers, your coach (me, Mika) creates a tailored training structure that matches your target — competition, performance, or long-term development. - On-Ramp Phase (2 Weeks)
A lighter introduction to the R-UNIT training system so your body adapts safely and effectively. - Focused Training Blocks
- 4-week training blocks
- 1-week deload
- Repeat based on goal
This allows continuous progression without breakdown.
- Competition Prep (if needed)
A proper taper to bring you into race week fresh, sharp, and ready to perform.
