How It Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pre-questionnaire<\/a><\/strong> and FITR<\/a><\/strong>
    You fill out a detailed form about goals, experience, training time, and current limitations.
    After we\u2019ve reviewed your answers and agreed on your personal program blueprint, you\u2019ll receive an invitation to complete the order through FITR. All discounted Custom Program purchases are finalized there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Personalized Program Blueprint<\/strong>
    Based on your answers, your coach (me, Mika) creates a tailored training structure that matches your target \u2014 competition, performance, or long-term development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On-Ramp Phase (2 Weeks)<\/strong>
    A lighter introduction to the R-UNIT training system so your body adapts safely and effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
